The Human Resources & Purchasing is a combined position and it's duties has been assigned to the City Manager. These duties include but are not limited to the following.
This department also develops and interprets personnel policies to meet the objectives of the City of Lincoln Park Michigan as well as acts as the computer tech administrator for all of the City.
